Adjustable Blower-Fan Mount for Prusa i3 Greg's Wade Extruder

Fan blowers are awesome, I wanted one for my i3, but nobody had made this particular mount yet! So, I borrowed a nice looking blower-fan, but made a mount compatible with Greg's Wade extruder and a 40mm fan.
