Raspberry Pi 2 Case (with t-slot adapter)

This is a remix of a design by [Lyratron](http://www.thingiverse.com/lyratron/about). You can see the original model [here](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:846874). Added an extension to slot the case onto an 80/20 extruded aluminum rail, and two holes to view the status LEDs.
