Improved Filament Spool Arm for Taz 3D Printer

This thing is a new filament spool arm for the 2020 extrusion on the Taz 3D printer. It replaces the bolt on filament arms with one that is easy to install (no allen wrench) easy to adjust up and down, and which holds the spool securely, and folds up out of the way, or can be removed easily.
