Castering wheel foot enclosure plug

This is a plug designed to fit in the end of a ~17.5 x 17.5mm square tube. It holds a ~ 11.7mm nut in it, which a castering wheel can then screw into.

This is to replace a broken bottom plug of a trolley / cart with castering wheels.
