flex door carabiner with split for ease of use

I wanted a way to attach split rings to the "slot" in the bottom, but the outermost portion is so thick it stretches out the split rings. This little cutout allows you to pop a ring into the slot easily and have some things more "permanently" attached to the carabiner!
