Rear LED bumper for ZMR quadcopter

Fits standard LED strips (ones I got from HobbyKing). When mounting on a PDB, make sure steel nuts don't scrape away soldermask and short something. This is probably only important on my specific PDB (OSO 250 PDB), but just be aware of it -- plastic nuts or plastic washers under nuts will fix.
