3 Drag Dial Gauge support

Add a dial gauge to your 3drag to check and improve bed leveling and Z endstop repeatability. My dial gauge is a Borletti. I uploaded also the solid model (.iges without any fillets). You can modify the part according to your dial gauge.

The part should fit with the original 3drag hotend. I designed it for my 3drag with E3D lite 6 hotend.

You need also three M4x50 mm bolts and a M3x16 mm bolt with an M3 nut.
