Printrboard case w/ cable managment

This is a case for a revF Printrboard (other revisions may fit as well). I designed the case with the following features in mind:

* Includes areas to manage and store wires that are too long. Wires are secured with zip ties.
* Printable on a 100x100mm bed. There are two sides which screw together
* hole/tube for easy access of the reset button on the Printrboard
