Extruder Arm with Handle

I wanted a better extruder and liked the one that was published by schlotzz on 19 Mar 2014. I needed a handle on the idler arm so I created one. I read some of the comments and noticed that there was a request for a idler with a handle so I decided to upload it. enjoy.
