Hanging Hot Air Balloon Lamp

This is a cheerful DIY balloon lamp. It was designed around the [VÄTE](http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/categories/series/18296/) lamp from Ikea, which was designed as a cheap desk lamp but looks remarkably like a hot air balloon when turned upside down.
