Twelve and Sixteen Sided Dice

Also pseudo "6" and "8" sided dice. Derivatives of thing:1049510 - Pseudo Seven Sided Dice. These even pyramids are easily constructed with the latest version of openSCAD. They are "true" dice, roll nicely, and the top of the dice is obvious. OpenSCAD code is included.
