Ego-C slip fit container

I really liked the ancestor of this thing the "Parametric Wearable Container with Slip-On Cap" but felt that it would be even better if it had beveled edges - so that's what I added.

This is designed to house an Ego-C electronic cigarette with one of the new larger non-drip tanks (that my wife just bought).
