Simple J Head Extruder Mount for Ormerod

With Cheap J Head Exstruders available on Ebay and the like I'm currently trialing a £7 J Head on the Ormerod(1). The mount is designed to mount the J Head and 40mm Cooling Fan to the existing X carriage. The design also includes the mounting for the Z axis micro switch I use for zeroing the Z axis on my Ormerod.
