(moved) XL45 T10 custom pulley for 8mm D shaft

Custom pulley for an 8mm instead of a standard 6mm shaft to upgrade the stepper motor on the weak 4th axis of a YOOCNC6040 (e.g. carving-cnc) CNC milling machine with a high-torque, longneck one.
