HICTOP X-Axis belt holder repair/rework

The original X-Axis belt holder is somewhat lame. Not to mention it is weak and loosens up really easily after some use. The most visible symptom of this issue is "echo" patterns along x direction in prints.

Well, mine got bent and it was no longer holding the belt. After I took the belt off to tighten it the piece broke off. It turns out the part was printed at about 30% filling and is not strong enough to hold together very well.
