The Significantly More Printable Royal Peasant Watcher

Decreases royalty, adds structure! This time the royal peasant watcher obeys all of the laws of physics when brought into the physical realm!

(The code is quite messy because I just quickly altered a previous version).

(Edit: I changed the placement of the chairs so that there's something to print on, and one of the backs of the chairs (The one facing the open flat side), and added tiles on the top).
