UPDATED - Kossel Mini E3D Fan Shroud with part cooling duct 40mm fan

I wanted a shroud for an e3d v5 hot end on a Kossel Mini which would take a 40mm fan. I also wanted to introduce a small part cooling duct. Thanks to Sanjay and Dreadnought426 for the original objects to which I added the part cooling duct.

Version 1 is the original I posted a while back. I found it was a bit tricky to print well in all dimensions.

Version 2 fits the same hotend but is orientated so that it is flat bottomed for no raft/support on the first layers and thickened around the
