Shorter Base Frame for Proto Tank

This is a shorter base that can be printed on a smaller printer. I couldn't get the base frame to fit on the simple metal so this is a remixed version that is shorter. I will do a second level that matches the hole pattern of this one to mount extra stuff when I get the chance. Holes are M3 but will work with 6-32 machine screws as well.
