Hollowed and wall thickness set to 1.5mm.
Warped a little in the middle sides of the card, sanded and scraped the sides to allow sleeved cards to fit, the biggest size is Dragon shields, a certain amount of cards would rest at an angle. Also stuck some coaster rubber feet to the bottom.
