1_100 toldi I turret with open hatch

This is something I did for myself, and I am no expert, but thought other people might like it. It is 1_100 scale for FOW and allows you to add a commander in an open hatch. Otherwise is exactly the same as the turret provided in the excellent toldi download by m_bergman.
