Sainsmart 12864 Case Mount for NEMA17 Motors

Wanted to mount the [Sainsmart 12864 LCD case](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:302862) to the top of a NEMA17 motor to keep space open for my Bowden feed tube, so I designed one. Happy with the strength, but might change it to use all four mounting points on the motor at a later time if stability becomes an issue.
