K8200 Fast-Clamp Extruder

This is a combination of the Ekobots 3mm Direct Drive extruder, my custom hot-end clamp system, and the fast-clamp library for k8200.

The hotend clamp is designed to allow vertical adjustment of the hotend, to aid in levelling for dual extrusion. There is a mirrored version of both the extruder body and the idler.
