standard Non 3D Printer stand for metal racks

So i had just moved into my college dorm and i after getting everything set up i relized that my printer would just shoot out the paper onto the floor so i thought to myself well thats no good. so i came up with this design to fit onto approximately a .22" diameter metal rod for those metal racks that can be seen in the images. this is a very minimilistic design to conserve the use of filament. It can be printed with any settings without support as long as the primary plane is upside down.
