28 tooth crown gear - 3/32 axle

This is a 2 part 28 tooth crown gear for 3/32 axle slot cars. you will need to play around with the slices settings to get the mesh correct. I use simplify 3d with 2 processes, one for the base and one for the teeth.

The teeth are shown pointed but the slicer rounds the peaks off

Press the crown centre through the crown and glue. Attach to the axle with M2 grub screw
