Hold Down Bar - Medium, low profile tip

With my Shapeoko 3, I wanted a version of these hold downs that didn't go as high above the material, as they interfere with my dust collection shoe. This is my attempt to solve that problem. If there is interest, I'll try to repeat the remix with the short and long versions of the hold-down bar. I usually use the medium one, so I don't need the others.
