Bowden push fitting locking clip (1.75mm filament)

I modeled a quick clip to prevent the bowden tube push fittings from releasing during a print. I can't actually point to this happening on my machine but I've read about it happening to others. I'll see if it helps with stringing after retracts.

Designed for a push fitting that accepts 4mm OD PTFE tubing (used for 1.75mm filament).

Print a couple and snap them onto the fully-extended locking sleeve on the push fittings.
