Mathgrrl Piecemaker game piece maker improvement/bugfix

I fixed a few bugs in mathgrrl's code, such as adding the "unneeded" rim and taper cut back in, and am hoping to get the knurling put in, along with the rook, crown, cat and dragon heads, (easily doable for the rook and crown, without adding it in to mine or mathgrrl's versions, but I'll do them to make life easier if I can get around to it.)
Mathgrrl, please do not delete the original, and I would like it if you would maybe send me v1.
