OnePlus Two landscape stand (with and without flipcover)

A simple 15 degree landscape stand for the OnePlus Two phone.

I have also added a stand for a OPT plus flipcover. Haven't tested it myself, but according to laura93 it's a perfect fit!

Also added: 30deg and 45deg models.

Can be printed without support; if you make one, please share the results!
