Underworld - Lucian's Medallion

This is the medallion Lucian wears in the Underworld movies.

EDIT - I've included a Sketchup file of half of the Medallion in case anyone wants to tinker with it. It's not to scale, but the real prop was about 34mm in diameter. Feel free to make your own adjustments.
