Bowlholder for bathtub faucet, rotatable. V2

My cat loves to drink from the bathtub faucet.

So I made this thingy, to hold a small bowl in place below the faucet outlet.
I wanted to hold a small bowl rather than print a bowl, since I don't want my cat drinking water that's been in prolonged contact with a 3D printed bowl, since it would be impossible to keep clean in the long run, and also I don't know what chemicals could be released from the filament into the water.
