Fisher printed arms

THIS IS AN UNTESTED PART

The idea of making printed arms with a carbon reinforcing element was suggested, so I drew this as a idea, never made them myself, but I've included the design spark source file, feel free to modify yourself and let us know how it works.

This particular design is for a 3mm carbon rod to be used as the core, the assembly is to be held together with cable ties and clamped onto the balls with cable ties as well
