UltiMaker2 3DSolex Olsson Block Fan Holder V2

This fan_holder is designed to fit better with the 3DSolex_Olsson_Block, because of the different High level between the original UM2 Heated_Block.

Edit:
V2 is a better version, now I can set the fan speed again to 100%.
This version is better focused by the Nozzle and there is less airflow to the Heated Block.
It's better to use some isolation between the Heated Block and this Fan_Holder !
