iq9 from star blazers (Anime)

Another request piece,
A Anime I have not seen (and I do like Anime, but there is
a LOT of Anime out there!)
I took many design liberties to achieve the model.
In the original there is a glass dome which I simply do not
model but instead try to make the 'eyes' behind the glass show.
I tried to make this support free and as such it is not
entirely true to the original art.
