Migbot Prusa i3 Extended mounts

These were made to add an E3D Lite6 to my Migbots. I want to go for as little fettling as possible, and use existing parts and STLs, so I've just taken the existing printed parts for both mounts for the Layer Fan and the sensor mount and extended them. There will be a mount for the E3D Lite6/v6 coming soon.

v2: Extended the fan and added further holes on the Sensor mount for adjustable mounting.
