Here is my selfmade tiny Cable-Guide für your cable-setup.
Just print WITHOUT Support.
The Hole in the middle is for M5x8 Allen Screw in combination with a Slot nut for example.
I choose Layer 0,2 and 20% Infill. Top layer at least 3 layer.
