FlashForge Dreamer 3D printer - Filament hanging hook + feeder (Nunus)

FlashForge Dreamer 3D printer hook for filament.

I have created hanging hook for Nunus 1 kg filament which is not fitting inside the printer's cabin.

I started from another prototype http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:938750
I have than designed and attached my own FlashForge hook for the top (see model named hooktest.stl)

New: added the filament feeder model
