Solid Z-endstop holder for Prusa i3

AndersV209 designed a really nice fixed z-endstop holder for the Prusa i3 based on the Hephestos by bq. However, it was made for PCB mounted enstops. I remixed it for use with regular enstop switches.

The part that clamps the smooth rod was too stiff to push fit when printed in PLA, and ended up breaking. I might increase the gap to facilitate push fitting.
