Dual i3 Bowden JHead Hotend Mount

This is a dual jhead mount for an Aluminium plate version i3.

It allows mounting two jheads with their centres 24mm apart.

Updated STL as the original was missing the mount holes and captive nuts. They were present in the openscad file but not in the STL for some reason. Note: Thingiverse appears to rename the files now when you download them, so if you download the scad files and attempt to render them it will not find the functions.scad or hardware.scad files and won't render the captive
