Mounting braket for using a geared extruder (Namely this one: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:18379/) on the Rostock Max v2.
The original EZStruder got problems regarding lost steps at high extrusion rates.
I also added a modifyed 5 mm longer guidler because on the original one the screws were slipping off after some time printing.
