knobby rc tire

I originally was creating this as a test of my computer to generate a ring. It looks like it would print smooth but it only prints smooth on the inside. The outside prints knobby with my .5mm nozzle. It looks like a RC motorcycle tire. Which is why I'm putting it under the category RC. its inner diameter is 25mm outer diameter is approximately 31mm. It doesn't have a inner hub.
