Obnoxious Noise Maker

After some research, the loudest noises use different nerves and therefore require less airflow to generate more perceived noise. So there's a whistle and what I can only describe as a hose with a horn's bell. I haven't printed it, so there'll be some testing soon.

11/3/2015: Tested whistle print. The walls are too thin for reliable air insulation. Increased the thickness of walls.
