Jhead, 40mm fan, body and filament cooler

I haven't test it yet.
I needed a fan that cools top of jhead (for PLA) and the filament.
It has support and you may need to rotate the sketch.
Changed alot the scad, and these days i may try it on a rostock machine. Still needs to be fixed or even change the 40mm fan cause is too big mounting it on the Jhead.
