ultipanel remix with mount for geeetech lcd

Remixed the ultipanel case to allow direct mounting ontop of 20x20 extrusion and enlarged areas needed to fit my geeetech 2004 lcd..

Will need low profile M5 bolts for mounting, Such as those from openbuilds.
