LCD Mount for Afinibot Creality Portable 3D Printer

If you have an Afinibot Creality printer, you'd have a dangling LCD monitor too. This mount secures the LCD monitor to the board cover, without taking up extra space or increasing the footprint, while leaving it totally functional.

Some changes needed:

1. Replace Top Left M3x30 bolt with M3x20 to prevent the hot end from colliding during homing
2. Replace the four M3x16 bolts with M3x20 ones to accommodate the mount and even the fan grill.
