CJMCU Battery Holder

It's my first OpenSCAD design and I haven't tried printing it yet, but at least it's a starting point for those few CJMCU quads.

Update:
Version 2 contains some fixes and is placed on its side to eliminate problems with overhang.

Version 3 has some tweaks for easier mounting.
