Wanhao i3 Relay Shelf

Prehistory.
In my printer MOSFET of hot bed died. I tried to replace it with another one - the same story. I solved the problem by installation of relay module from Arduino starter kit. It works for me.

So, I designed a shelf to screw relay module to two M5 nuts on top of control box.
