22xx motor mount re-designed for durability

I re-designed this motor mount to be more durable during a crash but maintains its modularity. Also, made the boom mount slightly bigger in diameter to make a perfect fit for 10mm Carbon Fiber booms. The older design was a little too tight for CF but will work with wood. let me know how it works for you. enjoy
