RAMPS LCD Controller Mount and Bezel for 2020 Extrusion

This is the LCD mount designed for use on my Voxel Ox 8" 3D Printer using OpenBuilds V-Slot extrusion, but can be applied to other 2020 aluminum extrusion framed printers.

Hardware used:
2 x M5 8mm length bolts
2 x T-nuts
4 x M3 20mm length bolts
4 x M3 nut
