40 mm fan holder for Sunhokey 2015 Hotend

light weight fan holder for Sunhokey 2015. Plenty of clearance for existing screws. I used double-stick tape (not foam) to give it some traction to prevent it from slipping off. See also the friction fit fan guard for 40 mm fan.
