Umbrella holder coupled to wheelchair

It's not as simple as it seems to help someone who uses wheelchair to get no rain. Several factors contribute to this such as: difference in height, speed.
As my university is located in a city that rains a lot , so, I developed this support for an umbrella in wheelchair to improve my mobility on campus during the rainy periods.
With support located at the front of the wheelchair , allows better cover the wheelchair and the person.
